General Transfer Information
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBLIMATION AND DTF
Sublimation does not print white while DTF can print white. DTF can be printed on any color and material of garment. Sublimation the garment has to be light in color and a high polyester count. DTF also has an additional price upcharge of $2.50 per transfer. The prices displayed are for sublimation pricing not DTF. The DTF upcharge will display in your cart so please do not remove it or you will be invoiced before shipping for the remaining difference.
TURN AROUND TIME
DTF turn around time is approximately 5-7 BUSINESS days (this does not include weekends or holidays. Also, things may occur that extends the time but I will always provide updates on the facebook page). Sublimation turn around time is approximately 24-48 hours. Remember, these are just processing times to ship items. This does not include shipping time.
Infant: 5.5 inches wide or no more than 6 inches tall
Toddler: 7.5 inches wide and no more than 8 inches tall
Youth: 8.5 inches wide and no more than 10 inches tall
Adult: 10.5 inches wide and no more than 11.5 inches tall
Adult large: 12 inches wide and no more than 14-15 inches tall
Adult xl: 13.5 inches wide and no more than 15 inches tall
-press 275 F (cotton) for 25 seconds heavy pressure and 266 F (for polyester) for 8 seconds heavy pressure
-let cool and peel
-repress with teflon sheet for 5-10 seconds heavy pressure
*You want to feel the edges of the design, if you can feel them repress another few seconds until it feels like it is part of the shirt
-press 385 F for 45-60 seconds with super light pressure
-I recommend taping down the transfer with heat resistant tape to avoid ghosting
-try to remove all excess dead space to prevent any unseen ink from transferring onto your substrate

You may cancel an order for a full refund if the order has not been printed or shipped. Orders will not be refunded if the buyer did not choose a shipping method, has not paid for missing upcharges or no longer needs the prints due to an extended time passing from order date. Upon packing orders I send shipping and missing upcharge invoices to those who have chosen the incorrect shipping or missing charges. It is the buyers responsibility to get that taken care of before any items ship out. I do not accept returns/refunds on transfers especially custom transfers unless I mess up the order.
