PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!!
This section is strictly for the Bakersfield College Students. Here you will find all the information you will need to complete your scrub purchase. Before placing an order online please ensure you know your size. Scrubs fit very differently from style to style therefore I offer the opportunity for you to try on to ensure you get the correct size the first time around. You may schedule your appointment via the schedule now tab at the bottom of the page. I have the calendar linked up to my calendar and it will automatically black out times I am not available. Remember, things do happen and I may have to reschedule but I will ensure I give you ample notice. Please be mindful though if you cannot make your appointment or know you will be running late send me a text letting me know so I can readjust my schedule. I have created the schedule to provide 15 minutes intervals to limit the amount of people in the shop at one time. I provide people a 15 minute grace period, after that I have full right to leave or continue doing other things I need for other orders. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged $5 for the inconvenience. This will be added to your order upon rescheduling. Once you have tried on your scrubs and know your size you can either have me invoice you on the spot or you may order thru the website at a later time. NOTE I DO NOT HAVE SCRUBS ON HAND THEY DO HAVE TO BE ORDERED AND TAKE 7 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE I PLACE THE ORDER FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. When the scrubs arrive to my shop I immediately start getting them embroidered to ensure you get your scrubs as fast as possible. I WILL NOT provide ETA scrubs so please DO NOT message me asking. Upon completion I will send you an email informing you that your order is complete. At that point you may pick up anytime during business hours which is 9 AM to 5 PM. I WILL NOT provide my address via text message since everything is listed here on the website. You DO NOT have to schedule and appointment to pick up your scrubs. Again, once you receive the text message you may pick up anytime during business hours. It is perfectly fine to contact me if you ordered and it’s either been 5 weeks or more (sometimes when one orders early I wait until other students start rolling in I don’t order weekly so it’ll take longer to receive your order) or school has started and you ordered two weeks before the start of class. I want to ensure you receive your items and feel you can communicate with me I just cannot answer everyone looking for ETA when they haven’t given it time, someone asking for my address that is listed here or what/when is a good time to pick up. I am human so sometimes I do miss an order so I want those students to feel like they can reach out and not be afraid. Unfortunately, too many students are reaching out to answer questions that can be found here or to ask about ETA without giving ample time to receive their order. But please give it some time for your order to process, be ordered, shipped and embroidered. Also, if you do need to reach out to me please do so during decent hours and not on the weekends. I have done my best to make the process as easy and painless as possible. I understand this is a stressful time and want to make your scrub purchase one of the easiest things you do during this time.
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR THOSE WHO ORDER WITHOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON. IF YOU ARE UNAWARE OF YOUR SIZE PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE SIZE ACCURACY. FOR THOSE WHO COME TRY ON AND ORDER AND DECIDE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SPECIALTY ITEMS SUCH AS PETITE/TALL PANTS AND 3XL/4XL SHIRTS.
Pick up Procedure: All pick ups will be contactless. We will have a rack specifically for order pick ups that will be alphabetically sorted. All you will need to do is come anytime during business hours (9am to 5pm) and look for the bag with your LAST name on the shelf. Please ensure you check your order to ensure accuracy and that you have indeed grabbed YOUR order and not someone else's before leaving.
Fittings: Now that things are starting to go back to in person we have been granted permission to start offering fittings once again. Fittings are a great way to ensure accuracy the first time around. However, please be mindful when coming to your fitting. We are still trying to limit the amount of contact and don't want to over fill the shop with people who are not trying on scrubs. I get it is an exciting time and you want to share the experience with your family but until we have fully overcome this epidemic please limit the amount of people who come with you. I have kids and understand childcare is difficult for some but if you bring your kids please ensure they are with you at all times.
